Whats the best timing? start-time / end-time?
better all 7 days at once or split into i.e. 4 and 3 days?
I haven't tried the full 5-day promo.Β Always split it up and it works for me.Β Always get into top 100 within 48 hours or so.Β Perhaps I should try the 5-day launch/promo.Β Worth a try.
