My elder friend lives in a high rise building. Has 200 units. They get 200 door stores. They can't get out most of them to a store. So the operators of the building lets me have what i want. In return i give them item that the older people need. They have bingo twice a week, and a Birthday party once a month. They get to choose from much needed items from the table. So i give back. From soap powder, fixodent, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Maybe you know someone? And can help others too!
I live in So California too but don’t get the free coupons in the mail. Some people in my area do but not my area. We only get the Smart Source in the paper and most of the good ones aren’t in there. Digital coupons help.

I get free coupons from a friend… over ten packs . So I give them away the extras… In Illinois… Chicago get free ones in the mail. We don’t suburbs
Wow so its all southern California huh, I live in California too and kept wondering if it was just my city or county that didn't receive the retail me not inserts. So now I know that even if I was to get it in another county it will be the same 😪
I work in an apartment building people throw in the recycle Box. I get at least 10 of each a week.

Dentist has great long expire coupons on toothpaste, mouthwash & battery or rechargeable toothbrushes. Dermatologist gives great mq's for products for sensitive skin SPF, soaps, skin care, laundry soap. Sometimes fast food restaurants older ppl leave behind their Sunday paper with inserts. I leave paper but will grab q inserts👌❤👍
When I started couponing last summer, I started getting one newspaper delivered on Sunday. My husband likes to read it. Our paper is $2 on Sunday. One week recently I got more papers at Walgreens and used points to pay.

When I lived in Arizona we got them in the mail but now we live in the country we don't get them.
I asked my mail lady if there’s any extra inserts from vacant homes and if she could give them to me. She’s been awesome since I asked every week I get at least 4 extra👍🏼 I give her some things here and there.🙏

Another resource to get coupons or discounts on your prescriptions is GoodRx.com. or Needymeds.com. If you are spending more than $50 for any one prescription you can go to Prescription hope.com to get your Rx's way cheap.
