If any or you guys live in or near apartment complex’s and you get coupons in the mail in your area, go by the mailboxes and look for discarded inserts. I got luck and scored 9 sets of inserts by doing that. Save yourself some money.

A local restaurant in my town has newspapers every day for customers to read. I go every Sunday afternoon and they allow me to pull out the inserts. I coupon for the town good pantry and they are more than happy to have me “take the trash out of the paper” so it doesn’t end up all over the tables. 👍🏼😀
I am always leery of sending my CRTs to my card because I get forgetful without them in my hand. I do write it down, but I still get sidetracked. My CVS has no cell coverage so there is no using the app in store. BUT!! I have a solution. I take a screen shot of my CRTs at home. In the store, I have them on phone and scroll through PHOTOS. Winning. 🥳

I am a nurse at a community health clinic. We nurses do a lot of health education and we hand out coupons to our patients all the time. The most popular are the kids stuff, ensure, and vitamins. Our patient population is the underserved.. and every little bit of savings make a big difference.
