I just tried this deal and I’m so sad. I came with the exact coupons and my store told me I had to be at $30 before my digitalis and paper coupons. They wouldn’t accept one of my coupons and my total ended up being $24 before taxes.
But today is the 26th😔

I just got back and I did great! I got two of the Downy infusion 41 floz, and one of the 60 bounce dryer sheets, one of the 16 pack 3 in 1 tide pods, one of the 15 pack of Purex 4 in 1 pods, one of the Downy clean breeze 51 fl oz, and I got 2 of the Tide fresh coral blast 40 fl oz. I only paid $6.88 tax included!!!! Thank you I knew nothing about couponing and I love how you break it down. OCCG for life!

So my teacher friend I'm 3 months in and doing deals that before I had to listen, write down, and watch you so Carefully! Is this a beginner deal or am I intermediate yet?

The other day we got 376.98 for only…. 82.34 I was shocked myself but my cashier was also, they were really amazed at the drop in total, not to mention my friend is still telling everyone. You explain things so clearly. I was so excited to do this deal today and ended up being humiliated by the manager. He accused me of being an extreme couponer and flagged me for next time (?) I said that the 10 off 30 is in my app and scanned and showed him but he didn’t want to believe it. The cashier was on my side also. Needless to say I ended up spending $24 for all that stuff (bought same as you bc I couldn’t come up anything and fairly new to shopping at dg) can’t even return it for a refund bc they didn’t give me my receipt, she said it was in the bag (I have two small ones so I was attending to them also) so this was a big fail for me and definitely won’t bother to return. Sad, it’s the only one near me, and I’m not going to another county to shop. But nice work anyway.
Question, I did the Tide, Downy, Bounce deal with digital and paper, all my coupons came off but not the $10/$30. I got no where with the sales girl, she told me to come back the next day when the manager was there…I did but got no where again. He told me the reason I did not get my $10 off was because DG doesn't stack their coupons and using my paper did not put me over the $30? My digital and paper had individual items that match each coupon whether paper or digital..am I totally not getting this or is he wrong? My total for the Tide products was $32.60, I had $4 in digitals and $7 paper, I ended up paying $21.60 before taxes, should of paid $11.60. I have no idea what he is talking about, he was not making sense to me…am I missing something here?

I went today and my $10 off on $30 didn’t come off, I tried twice and it never came off, so the cashier had to give me $10 cash back, I’m having such a hard week today at couponing, first at cvs now at dollar general, ugh I’m tired 😓
