DG did not let me use my $5 off $20 with my other digital coupons because they couldn’t understand how I was going to get such a large discount. Cashier refused to hit total before me putting in my number also.

I just did this only 6 items for $7.40 before tax. I thought hmmm it should be lower what didn't it take off? At first I was thinking the $5 off of $20 for gain but I checked my coupons afterwords and it actually didn't take off the $2 off gain fabric sheets. Ugh. Oh well I still made out pretty well so thank you so much
I did this deal today!! Got the gang flings island breeze, 14ct. the coupon worked on this as well, you just have to make sure they are either the 12 OR the 14ct.
Girl I did this on Saturday and used my 5.00 off coupon – my total with tax for everything was 2.49 – woohoo!
I tried to do this deal last week, it didn’t work for me. When I asked the manager why, he rudely said that I could only use either the digital gain coupons or the 5 off 20, but not both. Also, at my store they never have any gain or tide products on the shelf, you have to find an employee and ask for the specific item, then they will go get them from the back. It’s really frustrating.
