The walgreens staff wanted to scan my walgreens card when I picked up a prescription and I had no idea where to find it on the app; staff looked and was clueless. I put in my phone number associated with the account and it didn’t recognize it. Pulled my account up on my app and the phone # was correct but the system still wouldn’t accept it. We were both confused with the new layout of the app. Hope it gets less confusing.

Walgreens is so difficult for me where I live. If the coupons are clipped lots of times they don;t come off and I always scan the item to make sure the coupon attaches to it but when I check out it won;t. Then I ask the cashier why its not coming off and show them it attached in the app I get told they can't force a coupon through. The other problem I have with them is register rewards not printing. Then get told they have no control over what prints. Today I bought 3 crest toothpaste that show in the ad when you buy 3 get 5.00 register reward. I bought 3 of the exact item shown in the ad and no register reward printed out. Questioned a manager about it showed him the ad where it says it and he said he will return the items and ring up again to see if it prints and it did not. Told me they have no control over it. Walgreens is hard for me. lol.
Not a fan spent $10 today got 10 cents back….booooo
