I bought 3 boxes of the bogo cheezits(I'm in a half bogo state) on 3/05 and got the $10 reward email late on 3/06. So, for me, it was going according to the shelf price. I submitted through text because I couldn't get past the sign in page on the website.

I wanted to let you know for the Kelloggs kellanova rebate that I spent way more than $15 after sales but I still haven't gotten anything either. I submitted my receipt again thinking they just didn't get it but they sent it back to me saying that it was a duplicate so I sent an email asking about my submission from 08/01/24 because it has been longer than 72 hours. I haven't heard anything back but I think they are just maybe really slow
