3 Struggles Every Restaurant Deals With
As a restaurant owner, there are 3 things you've got to be prepared to deal with.
1. Supply issues can be such a headache. If an ingredient isn't available, finding a good substitute can be a real pain in the ass.
2. Life can be shitty sometimes, and people call off to deal with it. As a boss, it's my job to jump in and fill that position for as long as it takes.
3. Restaurants need to have some delivery option, but the fees that Uber Eats and DoorDash charge are out of this world and sometimes the service sucks.
You've got to learn to roll with the punches and be flexible or you'll never survive in this industry.

Doordash and uber really fucks with the flow of the restaurant. Sometimes a table will have to wait an extra 10 minutes to get their food because they came after the uber/dash order
Restaurants need to treat customers in person better than door dash and Uber eats. I can't tell you the times I'm waiting in person and they making door dash orders first. People that want their food delivered should be told they come after the in person food. If you're too lazy to come in then you shouldn't get priority.

Uber eats & door dash compromises your quality….I NEVER USE THEM..
Actually Doordash was a big boost for us during the pandemic while people were home plus they are excellent advertising if your on your game! We are now averaging over 3k a day just Doordash!
