I use the same ink and I have to use the HP brand religiously! Then when you go to return it, they look at you like your returning a used ink. They asked me a ton of questions and told me that I would not be able to return ink again…..really…I feel your pain!
Awwww that's totally a waste of money and the good coupons that you have printed as well. I hope you can try to test your new ink a couple of times like word documents for example and see if it will still print that way.

That stinks! I get the Office Depot brand ink and it works great! Saves me a ton of money too!
