Nope not anymore as someone said customers were cutting bags open and asking for half off. The policy at my store is the approximate percentage missing + 10-25% for the inconvenience. The 10-25% range is based on the cost of the product and how many you have to be discounted.. the more expensive the total cost of the discount the less likely you will receive the higher end of that range. This is also at the cashier's discretion so kindness and understanding will get you everywhere ๐Ÿ˜

@pullersteveable says:

You donโ€™t know what you are talking about, that is after you cry and yelled because you wanted your way

@xxcandlessxx says:

Just cut the bag yourself and say it was cut

@fastbreakculture777 says:

lol i always miss home improvement deals too, but budgetgpt actually helps me track spending so i donโ€™t blow my budget.

@OgLionsfan says:

Itโ€™s called a call bag not a cull bag and why are you doing this? You gonna have people ripping holes in bags to get a discount thatโ€™s hardly worth the hastle!!!โ€™

@drivinfool9902 says:

Thank you for sharing your expertise and treasures ๐Ÿค‘ ๐Ÿ’ฐ ๐Ÿ™ โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜Š

@MatthewTardiff says:

And youโ€™d be wrong since no cashier can give off any percentage of any item in gardenโ€ฆ and 2 a cashier is only allowed to give 50 dollars offโ€ฆ before making a video about Home Depot use some facts

๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™

@rtkbud says:

Nah not anymore.. Now it's based on how much material is actually missing. They have bag patches and recovery bags.

@garysoukup6579 says:

@COYOTE5.0GT says:

@celhpwns says:

Is there merchandise that isn't damaged, you cannot use this hack… Ex employee here.

@JChan-ru2hf says:

I think this guy just makes stuff up. None of his stuff ever works.

@TheLostOne256 says:

Home Depot and Walmart instantly raise prices in hurricane areas… because gauging people is a company policy.

@albertmorado2350 says:

Legit. But not always available. They set them on a cart to the side or ask if they have any marked down. Canโ€™t just go and poke holes in bags to get a discount.. Iโ€™m always on the lookout for the fertilizer bag discounts.

@jonnyvanman says:

As a retired HD employee that is SOMETIMES true. Each store has their own discretion on how much they take off and many stores put patches on bags if they still are full Most of the times they are only sold after a clean up in the store So this video is deceiving

@traietraie3700 says:

It's stupid people like this that makes stuff more expensive this clown needs to get a life

@MeatBicycle8678 says:

Lowes does it too. Even on charcoal that mysteriously gets ripped openโ€ฆ.
