I wouldn't be eating at Olive or any other restaurant chain owned by darden corporation. They employ non English speaking illegals that don't give a damn about properly handling food and do not understand cross contamination. On top of it someone who speaks and reads English is taking the test for them so they have no idea what they are doing. I know, I worked there and Olive garden is a joke. The managers don't care about anything except their salaries and bonuses. Eating out is literally playing with your health.
Chicken fritta instead of grrilled for the chicken alfredo. That's not a hack. It's just an option. You can even substitute when you order online easily.

My favorite hack. Ask for the chicken scampi over fettuccine alfredo. But sub out the fettuccini for angel hair pasta. Divine!
