Question. I just signed up and I am preparing my first shopping list. Some of the items say the price with a coupon. If I'm price matching at walmart, will I need to find that coupon and bring it to wal-mart?
Also may I add that I shop for non food items at the three major drug stores. Certainly you have heard about CVS extra care bucks. Well, Only certain items will have an ecb reward. So, for for you to succeed you'd have to stop being brand loyal to any non food products. And you'll also need to tame your impulse buys. I usually when in the store plugs in ears and jamming to gospels. This way I'm focusing on the positive things and it also allows God to be present during my shopping trip which helps me be focused on only what I came to purchase. Infact I involve God in all of my daily decisions. And it has turned out wonderfully. I'm also a dumpster diver.
actually not all the coupons suck. I agree that we dont always get good food coupons. but when we do it's extra savings along with the meal plan. but couponing for the non food items goes so well for me. that i'm able to afford groceries better than before. but, than again I'm not like everyone else. I use three different tactics to save money. which all work for me. one of those being the couponing for non food items and occasionally using food coupons when they are worth it. along with making meal plans per week okay and maybe there is a fourth, which is only buying whats on sale. so, that means I travel to several stores for different items. this has proven to be 100% effective for me. so, maybe you havent tried my method yet. so, dont be so quick to judge those coupons.
Could you talk about the diet you are on in one of your videos? Love watching, so informative. thanks. You talk about no sugar, low carb, high protein, but you say you eat fruit? Please explain.

It's April 2017, does Walmart still price match?
Really cool website – thanks for sharing! Honestly, I'm too cheap to pay the subscription though. We buy all our groceries/household items at Wal-Mart. Then put the receipt number into WMT's Savings Catcher app. Prices are compared all over the area (including dollar stores) and the savings are applied to your e-card. Redeem when you want. Simple. This isn't just for food, of course – all their offerings are eligible.
Do you have to have the flyers to show walmart? Do you just print out that sheet and they accept that as price matching? I have been told you need to have the flyers of the sale advertisements. Thank you for your help!

well generic is not always cheap I get alot of stuff for free with cupons.
