Kmart clerks have told me they don't need to scan my card for deals, use coupons, pay with points as cards are no longer issued. You just use your phone, but knowing they don't always know the whole story, I wanted to check with you as you say "must use card at Kmart!
Can you please explain how to use points and earn points. Like if you have to spend a certain amount you can't use points and still earn points.Spend a certain amount:Percent back in points: Buy this, get this many points:Hope that makes sense.
