I am a new couponer who is trying to understand before going out so I am going to sound silly but if my local grocery store does double the coupons, would I be able to stack both MC & SC together and then they both be doubled ? I'm just confused on which coupon they tech. Would be doubling

This was so amazing!!!! I've been dying to get into couponing just baby steps but when they talked about stacking and doubling I never understood and I have a question say your coupon can double on Wednesday at the grocery store for tide detergent can you stack a manufacture coupon with that or will they not let you because they already doubled their coupon

So I tried the coupon again telling them that even tho there is a target logo, it says manufacturers and I brought a target only coupon to show them to compare but they still said no 🙁 I'll try a different Walgreens and hopefully it'll work there. It sucks cuz the Walgreens that said no is so close to my house.
There was a deal at Walgreens for ponds lotion. And I had a 1$/1 coupon but they wouldn't accept it cuz it had a target logo but on top it does say manufacture coupon. I thought manufacture coupon is allowed everywhere?
