Hello I just wanted say you are such an inspiration to me, I got teary eyed when you spoke of the women you are helping I understand first hand this womens suffering as my family and I bought a home to fix up and it was then hit by tornado doing 30k worth damage with no insurance we still have no kitchen and tons of repairs so to see this women get help touches me so much thank you for your kindness
this week i went to the same cvs as usual & had someone new. i’ve seen her before but i had never had her ring me out before. i had multiple transactions so i did the all digital deals on the self check out, & the paper deals w/ the cashier as i find it easier that way. when i get to her…i had the worst experience! she immediately asks me if the self check out was working..i smile & say yeah, i just thought i’d do these deals at the register as i find it easier when using coupons. she just stares at me in silence..i gave her my two items & my paper coupons. she stares at them for about 10 secs & then scans. everything goes good. i smile & tell her i have just one more transaction & im all done..again just stares in question. i do the snuggle deal..hand her my coupons and she stares at them & reads out loud what the coupon states about identical coupons. i don’t want to give her a hard time so i kindly tell her, “they usually work for me”..&. i start describing the girl that usually takes me since i knew she was there that day. she goes on to say, “well im not responsible for what other employees do, it’s fraud & im not trying to lose my job over $1.50” ..i was completely took by surprised when she said that, cause i felt it was extremely rude. especially in the tone she said it in. i responded w/ “oh ok i understand” & was just ready to go at that point!! no less, i had a line of ppl behind me which made it even more uncomfortable for me.
Very cool you tried these deals at a new CVS. I traveled this week too, but didn't want to take a chance on using my coupons at a different CVS (not knowing about their 98% rule and using expired coupons). Heading out today to do my first haul of the week at my "home" store… hoping the shelves aren't cleared!

I've recently been having issues with digital coupons & paper coupons when buying identical items. For example on all/snuggle. I first tried 2 bags of pods & 3 dryer sheets. My paper mfg snuggle wouldnt come off. But when i switched to buying 1 dryer sheet, 1 liquid & 1 liquid (different scent) all the coupons applied. I've also had this happen with same "flavor" razors. I've never had it happen with hair care cuz I usually buy a shampoo & conditioner and in buy 3 scenarios just happen to buy different scents. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue?
I think if you have multiple items and using coupons , what I started doing is giving them the item and then the coupon to attach to that item. And when I have the items that have digitals coupons for , I hand those over last. It has to do with coupons attaching to wrong items.
Quick question to anyone that might know, will expired coupons come off at sco?
Same thing happened with my colgate coupons. Luckily customer service fixed that foe me and gave me $6 ECB
Great job lady! I went to cvs this week and tried to do a deal for covergirl and pampers. Had it all worked out to pay $7.64 and get back $16 in extra bucks. At the register none of my digitals would show up. No digital coupons, no crts, and no extra bucks. The cashier and the manager tried different ways and nothing. It was like I had a blank account that only got me the sale prices. I had to leave it because I was not eating that cost. So sad. I have extra bucks that expire tomorrow and have no idea how to use them since they won't attach in store and my store is empty of any food items that I could use them to at least get something our family uses.
I also had the same problem with my digital coupons not coming off on Tide this week and Colgate last week. I was told this week by management that them could no longer give you EBC back, I would have to call CVS now 🙁

Hey great deals this week! I had no problems with soft soap digital and also on colgate deal I scanned all products and told cashier to total first then gave her coupons
I did a Colgate deal similar to yours except I didn't use any paper coupons and only 1 $3.00 Colgate came off and the 2.00 digital came off also but the other 3.00 one didn't come off.The cashier price adjusted one of them down to make up for the digital not coming off.
I had issues with the Colgate optic white for some reason the 3 off coupon was not coming off I just ended up Cancel it

I also had the same problem with my digital coupons on Softsoap and Irish Spring. I believe someone else had said that the digitalis only attached to certain scents. Weird! Great haul!!!

I've scanned the Softsoap body wash with my app and it looked like the digital coupon was only attaching to the red one, pomegranate something scent. The Irish spring seemed to attach only to the original scent so just to be safe I've bought those two and both coupons came off. There's always some challenges in our couponing game. They like to keep us on our toes. Lol

Do you all have set times that CVS "allows" you to use coupons when shopping? If so, can you tell what those hours are? I am so frustrated now that all three stores in my área won't allow any coupons after 6pm. I work and have children and can not go during the day.
