I went out Friday around 10:30AM to the only 70% in my area and I was so shocked at all the purple dot still at the store. I got soo many towels and wash cloths and other things. It was the only store I allowed my self to go to but I had a blast!! Thank you for all the info you have shared with usโค
Made it to the end!!!
Went today and found 3 purple dots, some essentials with coupons, and some clearance. The man before me left a few 10 off 30 coupons and I was able to use them. I had to separate the items for the cashier. He said the clearance was not going to ring up and the purple dots would not ring up with the discounts either. He was using a 50 cent potato chip bag to ring up to the nearest price for the discounted items. I think I got them at a bigger discount because of this. It was very bizarre to say the least and I hope I don't have to do any returns. I may not even think about doing any returns because of this, but there is a nice manager that works with me there when I have had to ask for adjustments or returns. I hope the gardening special lasts a little longer so I can get a few more items.

Fyi…my Best friend of 40 years is a GM. DG has 90s software for their system…It's corporate, not the employees!!!! Plz be kind to them. Seems like every time there's a huge sale… MAGICALLY, their systems shut down. Tried contacting corporate to every extent…no response. Owned A LOT for computer failures.
We never have anything in Austin area DGs. They put out like 5 things.
