At my Walgreens in Puerto Rico they don’t accept my rimmel coupons for the clearance and gave me different explanations. A manager gave me 3000 point to help me. At the end the product was free for me and i gain some cents since yesterday I clipped the coupon jiji

Theirs a rimmel coupon in the booklet. Can I use my both my printed coupon and the one in the boklet?
Walgreens is usually too expensive to coupon there, but it really pays off when they have good clearance items! And they have some of the strangest items. I once bought a set of dog stairs for my dog so he could get onto my bed by himself, it was $3 and 90% off!

For Walgreens do you have to spend $20 after coupons or before coupons.
