Really cool I have never seen a poly build on a glock this is new to me. What are the reasons people are doing these instead of buying stock glock?
Nice!!! Here is a tip. Save time and use a cutting disc on you Dremel to cut the channel where the barrel goes. I cut slats and then clean things up with files and sand paper.
You got that idea from shooting tips and tricks.

Get some flush cutters and you won't have to use the dremel on those rail sections at all!

After building mine. My suggestion would be after your tabs are filed down. Put rails in 2nd, put the frame back into the jig ( you to remove some material in the jig so the front rail can sit back into the jig), then use your drill press with your rails installed to make sure the frame & rail holes line up perfectly (this will save you time from having any misalignment). Also, the snips work great. Afterwards have a flat aggressive nail file to take it down almost all the way then use a finer file to finish it off (no need for that stupid wd40 and sand paper mess). I used the stone dremel bit to clear out the guide rod channel and finished it off with a round file (tape off the round file with electrical tape so it does not scratch up the front end of the frame. Hope this helps.

When you assemble the slide is there any special tools you use? My upper kit showed up and I recall reading about some tool I need to push a tube in place (I have managed to forget what the tube is called)
