I just wanted to comment and say that I tried to do the whole price check thing I bought a bag of chips for 298 when they had a price of 208 and when I went to customer service they just gave me the difference LOL

I just recently quit working at Walmart and I just wanna add 2 more to this real quick
1. We are trained to watch for “suspicious looking people” including people with tattoos 🙄
2. If we catch someone stealing we aren’t allowed to say anything, only certain people like managers are allowed to. What we are told to do is ask you if you’re finding everything ok and ask if we can help you with anything in order to hopefully “encourage you to not steal” lol and then tell someone who is allowed to say something to you

Don't ever buy fresh fruits and veggies at Walmart. EVER! Those customers are scratching their butts, picking their noses,
coughing and scratching their heads then picking grapes and fondling the fruit and vegs as they pass by. You
know it's true. Just stand by the produce and watch for a while. It will make you feel like vomiting. From what I can see, if it's
not wrapped up in plastic , it's not worth it.
They stopped price matching
I work at Walmart and I always always help the customer. If I say I will find someone I will always find someone.

I'm in management I always check my rude employees and I a check my backroom for customers but it's very rare that others do it sadly
When I worked at Walmart, managers were deathly afraid of 1800 Walmart and rude obnoxious customers were coddled by them
Weird my bf got fired for stealing from Walmart but nothing ever happened like they didn't even call the cops
As a current Wal-Mart employee none of this is true. We have a new training program called pathways that we have to go through to train everyone specifically for that location and I work in electronics selling phones we don't have the people selling company owned phones
I love to go to Wal-Mart and look as suspicious in hopes that LP will try to hold me then I can file a lawsuit for false arrest/detainment…if I was confronted outside by LP and I was by my car they would get a taser to the face haha
at chuck e cheese, if you buy the plastic promo cups, you can bring them with you for every future visit and get free drinks. also if you have a problem you can nicely explain to a manager and they will probably give you something free.
