I bought a pair of indoor shoes and ever since I've been having a knee pain. I cut open the shoe and realized the height of the shoes were different and gave me a knee and heel pain…I called them up..they said they will get back and reimburse but no news from them…what can I do? Feeling cheated.
I texted the word perk and perks it didn't work it Old Navy says it didn't recognize the word either of them.
I'm one of the employee in GAP old navy and it's true …
Online price matching does differ from store to store- But we are taught to match the actual PRICE, if shown. However, Online nearly always has a running 20% at checkout that our systems do not take in stores.
Also, the 3 discount code is give or take. It really is only rewards, the super cash we give you, and one code. It becomes difficult with overrided prices/discounts, so don't complain about prices and it'll help you out!:)

Does the super cash expire?
Manager at old navy here- sunday and monday used to be markdown days, now it varries store to store. They’re now usually Monday and Wednesday.
