NOTE – This video shows the incredible performance that is offered on the Intel i5-3450 CPU, which can be purchased in an entire computer on eBay for around $150.

I've already tested 4 games on 3 different graphics cards on this PC, that video will publish in a few days, however in short, if you add a $50-$100 graphics card to this PC, you have a nice little stealth gaming PC for under $300.
There are also links to 4GB and 8GB RAM upgrades in the video description, if you buy one of these PCs, make sure you at least put 8GB total RAM in it, it makes a difference.
Your videos have thoroughly updated my brain on hardware. Love this channel. I'm planning on doing a build like this for 3D rendering, working with Unity, and doing audio recording using VSTs. I have read quite a few times that the 990 or 790 Optiplex can recognize and use 32gb of RAM. What are your thoughts, if you don't mind me asking?
With coffee lake released I think looking at used i7's or equivalent is now in fashion. I can sell you some of my machines if you want for testing
