Thank you so much for uploading this. The subway employees near my area get it wrong 8 out of 10 times and I have to scan it twice. Some of them don't even get that right and I have to take out my credit card and pay. I see a couple of design flaws IMO in the Subway POS system.

1. Once an order is selected, I can see their QR scanner go hot/red. The subway employee at this time tells me NOT to scan as yet and this is wrong.

2. They should have the POS have a display that displays a message "Scan your QR code now" which the customer can see.

3. They I think are clicking the VIEW rewards button. There is clearly no need for them to do that. But I told them that I want to use my rewards and they think they need to for some reason.

4. If the View Rewards button is accidentally clicked by the employee, they should see the "Use scanned payment option" in that screen as well.

I wish there was a way for Subway to know about this and fix it.
