Dollar general can be rough for couponers. I have had some bad experiences also. The problem is most of the time if the coupon doesn't scan the are instructed to Not hand ring the coupon and 99% of the time they won't do it and we all know that there is usually a good chance at least 5 to 10 % of my coupons beep. The key to dollar general is to always have a backup item in case a coupon doesn't work which can become very annoying to the people online behind you.
I love listening to your videos while I organize or clip my coupons 😂
I know the feeling about trying to find candy deals. My church is donating 1700 filled Easter eggs to a local community who went through a horrible flood. I got a little overzealous and made it my goal to donate around half of the candy. Luckily, I did not make any promises! It's just a personal goal of mine. Thank you for the preview! I'm kind of looking forward to win this week is over because of all of the make up Deals that won't work for me or the rest of us West Virginia couponers because we didn't get the coupons. Ha ha!
And, you are very right about getting burned out on couponing if you wait until the last minute. I do that but I am hoping to change that soon. CVS. is kind of forcing me to because of the expiration dates being so random on my CRT's.

Do you have a Dollar Tree ? If so, the coupon for Super Pretzel for $.75 makes the package $.25 each. They are really good.
