No persil for me in North Carolina ๐ฅบ
So… my Save insert had the Persil coupon but no L'oreal coupons at all. No hair, no makeup coupons.
Missing the Persil too!! And my region always gets them here in NC. So sad! Ibotta had good rebates…. darn
What is the name of the newspaper you buy?

Thanks. I saw the Dove hand wash at Walgreens and Jewel Osco yesterday. Walgreens had a coupon on it a few weeks ago. Iโve also seen it at Meijer and Walmart. Hope you find it.
