Did the Neutrogena coupon used to be 4 like coupons before ? And now the facial mask is exclude . What😳 bummer😔. I used that coupon before to get the gel mask priced at $2.59 each after coupon it's only 0.59 cent. They are making our life miserable Luellen 😞
