I got 2 chobani creamers 1.79 each on buy 5 save 5 had a 1.00 coupon on Kroger app and redeemed 2 1.00 off on checkout 51 paying .58 cent for 2 creamers and these are very good I’ve done this deal before

Has anyone had issues with Ibotta not approving all of their submitted items? This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. The first time they only approved 1 out of 11 so I didn’t get my bonus. I’ve contacted customer service and haven’t heard back. I’ve never had an issue before, so I’m curious if anyone else has had issues.
