All of my food or drinks come from glass containers. I ferment a lot, but we can, or jar really enough food to last us all winter and more. I just opened a jar of beef stew i canned from 2021’ a month ago. The seal popped harder than a shaken soda. 😂.

I put a drop of lugos iodine in water and mix in with all my food.
Unfortunately there's a grocery store called Kroger and
various dollar name stores
that sells Discounted canned food that has been severely dented
Be careful people Life is too short
also if you need assistance and you go to a food pantry
examine the cans carefully
And then there's people in Gaza who is eating whatever they can find, from whereever they can find and still surviving somehow!
