I haven’t been to ultra lately but I thought you could only get the gift online, I’ll go tomorrow and see if they still have these deal , btw wonderful reviews
I bought the ulta brush and cleanser for brushes like you for 3.50 then I bought a ulta unicorn highlighter 4.99 a ulta face wash for 10 and cotton balls for 1.99 and used the 3.50 coupon and my came to 23.95 with tax and I got the free gift I got the sparkly one
