Karen Kubik says:

My complaint about the salad is that I am the one who likes to put my dressing on the salad. They put on entirely TOO much dressing on it. My last time there, many years ago I requested salad no dressing , was told ok and was brought a salad swimming in dressing. Have not gone back.

She sounds bitter about something… I have been in hospitality for nearly 20 years and a lot of what she said seems far fetched, simply because at-least one person on the management team would have accountability and give a shit . Don’t get me wrong I’ve ran across plenty of people in restaurants who are only there for a check and there usually east to spot, but no one on the management side of team giving a damn is rare.

GOTSM says:

Sounds legit to me, customers don't understand the hassle of cleaning up thier mess which attracts the bugs .
