Tell me this. What do you think of a channel that exposes stuff like this on a regular basis? Not a rant and complain but a show that demonstrates how things really are vs how they are presented. You can dispute the charge with your bank after talking to them first about reversing the fee. You can get your money back- I'm a banker and have done several hundred of bogus charges and mistakes. You stance is very correct. Companies get away with these tricks all the time and its not right. They keep doing it because plenty of people continue to get hoodwinked with basically no negative consequences. Keep these videos coming and they might actually get the result they deserve.
