Why are we making this a trending topic when this hasn't happened to anyone yet? What's the true value of a 20% for you to want to purchase a coupon, and if this does happen to you call cs and let them offer you a email coupon w/free shipping. I think we should continue to shop the sales you like while using your bf/bff coupons, your friend mail coupons, the 3 paper coupons that you just received and or your purchased coupons until this happens. Otherwise they need to send the oud candles to the bbw stores in the north and release that new scent already.

Idk, it's traumatic for the loved ones of all th3 deceased and America entertainment industry is weirdly obsessed with serial killers 😢 😞 . I read the families weren't even made aware tht Netflix was doing the story /show like this. Screw Dahmer and I don't want to make his evil demonic spirit azz anymore infamous than he already is by driving up the ratings. It's plenty of literature out there for people to read to know about, the sadistic being, aka Dahmer. Id encourage folks to read abt him if genuinely curius vs driving up the h3 views on this show that blindsided people who have a connection to any of th3 victims. They are so wrong with the coupon policy. I am many things but a thief isn't one of them, dont try to play me as such,smh. They need to get it 2gether and worry about wht they need to fix internally within the company,versus coming at us customers like we tryna get over in a fraudulent way. The B&BW person who seems to be in the know is saying starting 2023, all coupons will be done through the app. They will no longer be mailing them out. That is why they are trying to get everyone to use it. My personal experience with coupons is that they show up on my Informed Delivery email, but never make it to my mailbox. I have called the USPS and they consider them bulk mailing so they don’t really worry about them. They are obviously being taken at some point. Also, if you go to EBay and search for BBW coupons, there are hundreds, in multiples, being sold. This is what they are trying to end.
I've also seen coupons on the counter in the store for customers to use. So calling sharing coupons fraudulent will only cause people to shop there less. They are making their products so costly while the quality is decreasing.
This all sounds petty, but we brought this upon ourselves because we’re always trying to save our coin or gain more coin by reselling lol. The coupons will only impede frequent shoppers to shop and their sales may drop so stay calm 😂bbw will realize this.
What does it matter when someone is spending money? They fixing to upset customers and they will not be spending that much. I know If it does happen, I will be saving money for not buying anything.
Tina, they can control it. Bbw managed to successfully match up wallet/app coupon codes with mailer coupon codes. I do not think it has to do with employees, I think it has to do with its customers!

Yeah, I noticed this morning that one of my online coupon codes will not work. It did get mailed to my house with someone else's name on it..it says "coupon cannot be applied to your order" This is all for the best though, I need to stop shopping anyways🤣
Good morning Tina sorry im late I got a flat tire while doing instacart 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ yeah BBW is changing and not for the better at all. I used a coupon my sister texted me and the guy I had was really nice they let me do it but said no more after that. Then I noticed my mailer coupons are added to my app coupons. 🙃 so I think if it's not a candle or halloween decor I'll be hardddd passing on them.
Bottom line I spend my money on what I want and who has the best sale. BBW will not have me in an uproar over products that are $.50 to make and charging me a 300 % markup. If they like their sales being trash every quarter so be it.

I don’t know how there going to patrol. Right all you have to do is use the persons phone number at the check out just to use the coupon. They truly need to get it together. Let people use the paper coupons that someone else gave them. It’s going to hurt B&BW’s in the long run. Cause we have Kringle, Goose Creek, Homeworks Candle companies and more!!!
