I have to buy everything on line becuz I live in BFE! I never get to smell anything, take anything back, or pick and choose what us in my bag! 😜
They're not really doing anything right now except the 6 for $xx or 4 for $xx. So I ended up getting hand soaps, wallflowers and showergels. First order, I spent over $70+ tax/shipping and my second purchase was over $60+ tax/shipping. Definitely miss those bigger sales. 😩
I wanted to ask, I have lotions I purchased from the past holiday sale. Some are Christmas scents that I don't care for. What would they say about exchanging it, it's holiday scents. I want wild Madagascar or vanilla bean.
Two things this video is missing is actual “accuracy’s” and good contouring. So many things that are not true to bath and body policies in this video.

Great video! I purchased items during this SAS, I hadn't visited BBW in about 5years and am loving it all over again. I have 2 items that were given to me for Christmas which I'm sure were 75% , do they do an even exchange like a cream for a cream, spray for a spray? Lol just trying to avoid paying out of pocket..or should I hold on to the items and wait for the scents I do want to go on sale/SAS? Sorry, I asked too soon. I didn't think I could even exchange an item bought on clearance for a regular price item
Do they have many dumpster diving going on .

So if you get something on sas and you end up not liking it can u exchange for any item in the store that is the same thing? Like a mist for any mist? Or does it have to be the ones on sale still?

Sooooooo…… I’ve been a bath and body works for YEARS!!!!! I’ve never received coupons in the mail!!!! I even called the corporate office and had sales associates sign me up while I was in the store making purchases…. still no coupons. How can I get coupons mailed to me????
You might also add that on those 'free' gifts you are charged over ten dollars for shipping. I contacted a representative about this. He said that the shipping is always over ten dollars for items 'UNDER' ten dollars. My free gift was worth 8.95, the price of a lotion.

If they give you a hard time splitting orders, I’ve split the order by purchasing half, then going back on my way out, finding more product, and making a second purchase.

I have a question what’s the difference between body cream and just regular lotion i was thinking about getting body cream but I didn’t know the difference or how it works lol I’m a lotion addict also cool video 🙂 ❤️
Just a thought….you should micro blade ur eyebrows I did and it saves me soooo much time when I do my make up! Good video good tips!

I'm hurt they didn't run the 2.95 room spray sale twice! i was waiting. But i did get like 40 candles on candle day 🙂
