I also work at BBB and we accept manufacturer coupons and BBB coupons. Also, the legal Bed Bath and Beyond answer about coupon expirations are that they DO expire, however many locations will accept expired PAPER coupons, the ones you get in the mail. However, if you have a coupon on your phone or email, or you print it out from your phone or email, those will not work because the system won't accept them (at least at my location). I have often heard of BBB stores not accepting expired paper coupons, it is at the discretion of the store manager.

I work at one of the bed bath and beyond establishments and this "hack" is not true. At least it's not true everywhere. We tell customers that we can either use their manufacturer's coupons or we can use our coupons, but we cannot use both. I've also never heard of a location that does use both coupons. He is correct in saying that our coupons don't expire.
