Let's get more consistent. 2-23 is the year of underdogs.
It was explained to me that boutiques don’t get the freshest perfumes. (And you can do your own research on this.) I was told that the perfume smells decent but may be a bit older, and that’s cool if someone doesn’t mind that.
I just wanted to share to be aware.
