Always loved H.F. but they are changing!!! They are resorting to trickery (like the angle grinder you showed in the beginning) They are also bringing in too much high dollar stuff. They are going to lose the base that got them this far if they keep going down that route. If I want to pay snap on prices, I'll buy from snap on.
I buy Harbor Freight tools I buy them when I need a tool for a one time job besides I cant see some prices of tools now, but what gets me is like the 6.5 hp engine they advertise it as saving $230.00 dollars but you are only saving $20.00 dollars witch is good besides if you was going to buy a Honda engine you would not be at Harbor Freight.
The extension doesn’t apply to the 30% off or limited time (weekend event) coupons.

As much as I like MIG, for auto sheetmetal 16-18 ga. even MIG is hard to throttle down, hence the TIG welders. I learned to Gas weld 45 years ago in 8th grade! TIG is suoer easy (for steel) for me as I long ago learned heat control.
Aluminum TIG though is another beast. Still developing my skills there. Can't reliably TIG Aluminum thinner than abt 1/8inch yet…

Dont waste your timewith a flux core welder. At least, get a Titanium MIG. BTW, Titanium is the mid grade, Vulcan is top of the line, generally competitive with Lincoln and Miller
