The selective 4 slot coupon is bugged and will inappropriately mark the storage system as already at 96 slots even if not expanded that far as yet and not allow expansion. Just a few seconds before, the Selective 8 slot coupon I obtained from attendance correctly expanded my storage by 8 slots. Fix this
