It's ok, you don't need all that meat and dairy, anyways.
I went Vegan almost 6 years ago and the amount of money I've saved in that amount of time is astounding!! Plus, my health has improved drastically!!
(No meat, fish, dairy or eggs).
I eat alot of seasonal fruits, seasonal veggies (cooked, raw and frozen), potatoes, rice, beans, peas, lentils, salads, alot of veggie soups and cornbread lol.
I also pour either tea or orange juice over my dry cereal instead of milk.
I eat alot of oatmeal, grits or air fried potatoes for breakfast.
I've trimmed down substantially on my cooking time and clean up time, as well, in these past 6 years, plus, I don't cook with oils or fats. You can finally taste the natural flavors of your foods when they aren't masked.
