I think it's great that coupons can be used. They should be used and it should be encouraged… why not make the money go further! I am Canadian and I know how much it costs to eat healthy in Canada per person and your prices in the US are lower than ours. I have looked up the amount of money in food stamps a family of 1 to 8 will receive. I honestly don't see what the problem is. This is more money than I spend on groceries in Canada… no food stamps (we don't have them) it is earned money. I see so many people on youtube talking about how hard it is to eat the entire month on SNAP, but by my calculations people would be eating quite well. The amounts are very very generous. Can you explain to me how I am wrong because I just don't see the problem? I am actually asking this with respect and consideration, please don't take it wrong… I just want to understand.

In the state of georgia you can use coupons with food stamps. I have talked to the local department of children family services and they gave me a flyer with things I could and could not do with my food stamps.
I know this video is almost 2 years old, but times have changed due to the coupon strategies and EBT payments. For anyone who has questions, yes you can use food stamps with coupons, whether electronic, paper, or printable. If a store manager says no, you can report them to the state board and BBB. It is illegal! Using coupons make your dollars do double duty and stretches your food throughout the month. It's hard, but it's not impossible. Thank you for this great video! I am a "low-income" mother after being laid off from a government position. I had to bite the bullet and apply for assistance for our family. We now receive help with food. We were barely making it through the month without having to visit our local food shelter the last week of every month. Couponing has changed our lives. You absolutely can combine the two and have huge savings. I support a family of 3 1/2 (partial custody of one child) on $400 a month. Take advantage and never be ashamed of needing a little help when you're down, that's why we pay taxes all our lives! Use them wisely and you'll be fine. 🙂

I use coupons with food stamps and it helps a lot. They don't give you much for a month like you said. I am really thankful for coupons it helps so much.
Its for TV even though you can get stuff for free at times. The coupon-ing game as changed so much that the stores have limited and the coupon values have changed.
i see a show extreme coupon ,, i see people getting like 8 or $900 in food for 5 or ten dollars even money back , so if you can use coupons and your food stamps i would think you can do very well ? I have no idea i live in canada but we can not use coupons like you can ,, if we could i would think i could live like a king after watching these shows on extreme coupons .. is this just for tv or can people really walk out with van loads of food for pennies on the dollar ? Anyway great video )

You just need to do your math and add something that will eat up the exrta money!
Yes, it will make your stamps last longer! I use to do it back in the 1970's and 80's!
