As far as the kid…he’ll never get the payout. I personally have voided jackpots on minors who thought they would be sneaky and play underage. I even voided one 1 hour before the guy officially turned 21. Minors gambling is an illegal activity…no business has to payout legal winnings to an illegal player.

While in college I worked at a small motel that had 5 gambling machines… in less than 6 months I watched at least 10 good people ruin their lives…. & lose countless amounts of money. It'd start with a $1 bill & by day 3 it was multiple $50's & $100's. Then they cry to me about losing their rent, car payments & even their kids' Christmas gift money. I never understood the pull & hold those nasty machines held over people. And the few times they would hit big the pay out would be right back in those machines within a few hours.
If you know you only have X amount of money in your account but realize it's continuing to withdraw more money then you have you are blatantly stealing. Guess he should've done something more worthwhile with the money instead of pissing it away at a casino.
