You can't use two manufacturers coupons at once — The ' buy one get one free' is ONE than the SECOND is the '$2 off 2' ? Yes you can use Target coupon staked with ONE manufacturers , plus a cart wheel . Could you please show your receipt .. this is not what I have learned or experienced with couponing .
