We shop at Walmart-food lion and Harris Teeter only buying the sale items. Harris Teeter features each week-buy two get THREE FREE and buy ten for ten dollars. They also have other sales like this and we have about 3 months of shelf items and freezer items saved up. Our receipt shows that we always save more than we spend or at least even.
