i just noticed how in this sceen Jan trying to tell Christian that they provide better service but is acting like the big businesses that Christian is thinking of partnering with but Michael actualy shows him what Dunder Mifflen customer service is all about. Pure genius by the writers

I think some of the best parts of The Office were the times where they gave us glimpses of moments that show why Michael is the branch manager and has so many salesman of the month awards. Because when it comes to being a salesman, Michael is second to none. He's approachable and he understands the customers' needs and wishes.
As horrendous as Jan eventually becomes, that smile of hers when she realizes Michael's strategy really lit up the whole room.
Today Jan was taught the long game of sales, make understanding first and don't rush to demand an answer.
