You did not mention the size of the shoes and clothes you ordered. The main issue is sizing. If you can just mention the size idea, it would be easy to order from the app

Hi Ritu, I really want to ask that I visited the club factory app n the price which are mentioned are lill bit high than what you showed in ur videos like there was a neckpiece which u were showing was about 80 rupees u said n the price for the same piece I looked for was 150….so may I know that the price may fluctutate or remains certain???

I have been using Wish app for more than two years and had tried club factory as well twice time. Always order one or two sizes bigger than your actual size for comfortable fit. Club factory is replica of WISH app. They both have the same ( Chinese) suppliers. The jewellery quality is nice on both apps but do research before any apparels, bags or shoes order. Club factory has worst customer service I have ever seen. However, Wish is best in all manner. It's just you have to pay delivery charges for each product, and you will receive each order separately on wish. On the other hand, club factory collects all order from suppliers and send them in one package to customer. It is cheaper than Wish if we compare some products however just because of the worst customer service, I would not use it anymore. Hope it helps. 👍🏽

My experience with club factory was worst. Especially if you purchase plastic items like plastic water bottles, plastic container or something. Cheap material with disguisting smells on plastic. I wanted to return and text to customer service. They said there is no service man or delivery boy facility for exchange or return items and if you want to change then you have to parcel items to us. Fraud company.
