Kristina is awesome! She's super affordable and reliable and I have ordered from her a lot in the past. She ships on Mondays, the day after the inserts come out. Your Colgate were scanned as 1 item (line item) and then x2 was entered. So, the mfg coupon attached to just that line. If they scanned both items separately and created 2 lines on the receipt it should have worked then
