I sometimes will bring with me the envelope and letter from the company the coupons came in, especially if it is a high dollar free item like some Purina coupons. I can totally relate listening to your story.

Sometimes I think they the cashier's just want to make up their own rules

Every January, I take a week or two to write to a ton of companies. So far, I received coupons from around 70 companies. I have a handful that said they were sending some, but I haven't received those yet.
Had to laugh at POM Wonderful's response. They wrote me back with the date that I wrote them last year (February) and told me I had to wait a year to contact them for more coupons.

I love contacting companies too. I contacted Lala after one of your videos and was able to get some for Aidan. My stores don't have the variety on ibotta.
Oceans halo send a bunch of different bogo coupons and one of the M apps have an offer… I think makeena.
You had an ogre cashier!!!!! Sounds like the one ALWAYS at Kroger… I think she's probably bitter cause she has no life and because her co-workers don't like her. Acting like we're running a printing company in our basements and making these fake coupons. π. I went to college for psych… I don't know how to make barcodes.
