you should use your power to put pressure on Costco to replace all products that are made with carcinogenic flour. The US is the only country in the world that allows producers to bromate flours. On top of that, "enrichment" means that other harmful chemicals are added to flour. Bottom-up pressure can work here because Costco has a lot of power as well. Costco already sells King Arthur flour, which is good stuff: never bromated, never bleached. I make bread, French style sourdough breads, and our American friends, who have "gluten allergies" can eat it without problems. It is the poison in the flour and how bread is made in this country that causes the body to rebel.
