I went couponing with my aunt who's a coupon genius. Some stores let you stack coupons so you can use multiple coupons for one item. Target is one of those stores. We went shopping and when we were done they paid her $13 for her in store rebate. Everything else was free. Coupon are great if you are buying what you truly need.

Start collecting paper coupons now, you'll use them once you know the cycle!
Don't use that coupon till you figure it out, take a month to know the cycle in your area, mine is 3 weeks, every week, grab all those flyers (keep them) compare the flyers every week for 6-8 weeks, you'll see the cycle. You CAN use 2 coupons for BOGOS.
The rest you'll learn as you go, like register points.
Everyone should do this to some degree. Keep your money in your pocket and not in someone else's

If you're using coupons for things that aren't needed or on your list then it's not really saving, you're just buying extra stuff at a discount.

I can't see men of high value doing this stuff. You live in a first world country with plenty of opportunities to make money, but you choose to spent effort and time doing this instead.
To think just a few years ago we weren't hearing stories about coupons. The American people weren't under the knife of inflation though! Funny how times change due to leadership, policies and executive orders!
Iβve been couponing for years. Itβs not the same. There are some good deals but it depends on your area. Knowledge is free is you have the time and patience.

I used apps like Rakuten for cash back and The Krazy Coupon Lady for deals on multiple stores, locally and online. I also like watching Matt from The Deal Guy for reviews of products stores carry. Fun tip: if you have a lot of toilet paper packages, stack them behind the head of your bed and you have an instant cushy headboard, kinda kidding on this but it could work π.
