I think the waterless product is dry shampoo to help your hair not look to greasy between washes…. I haven’t gotten to try it out yet but I love dry shampoo in general!

Waterless are waterless hair wash products to use between water washing. I haven't tried them yet, but, I've seen lots of comments in the groups and everybody seems to like them. 😁👍
