I tried to purchase the expert ones to use the coupon but the coupon wouldnt go through. Cashier said that it's valid for the other ones…..i kept saying no….. it has to be the expert because that's what the coupon says…..so I ended up not taking either I didn't want them to get in trouble. I might use the coupons somewhere else.
People make simple mistakes, just read the coupon, a simple mistakes, toopie did great on the Snapchat

Everyone misreads a coupon now and again. My experience at CVS was with the a mismarked lip balm. I noticed that I didn't get the amount I paid more than I should have and that I didn't get the $7 ECB. I got back over to the shelve before the manager did (my mistake) and she started to accuse me of moving the tag but all the other shelves were clearly marked too. So she refunded the ones I had bought and I paid for the ones I actually wanted and I got my ECB and everyone was happy. I was like, "you know me, I'm in here at least twice a week shopping and for prescriptions."
I just don't understand why people say you misuse if it scans, I just don't get that, but I do appreciate you for correcting your honest mistakes.

I wat hed your video but i didnt notice anything. I am assuming from this that you accidentally got thr regluar instead of the expert. Honest mistake, people do it and it wasnt intentional.
