Tom thumb still doubles & triples coupons. And you can maximize by stacking w/their digital coupons. However my store doesn't allow 4 like coupons in the same transaction. Upon reviewing their policy online it doesn't state that. I asked to see this in writing. I was told by manager & cashier they were informed to enforce this via their company meetings.

What gives?? Im so sad to hear that! Well, our HEB in WACO is going to have some competition with an ALDI's being constructed about a block away…We shall see what happens
Wow! Another total bummer for you guys. What is going on with these stores?! They get the money back from the manufacturers. Greedy, greedy. Being greedy doesn't get them anywhere but out of business. They'd do good to remember that they're only in business because of happy customers. Unhappy customers find somewhere else to shop.

Eh. I live in Texas and I started couponing a few months ago. One thing I noticed is that HEB is one of the worst places for couponing for me. I could NEVER find the coupons that were stackable on items that I use. So I switched to Kroger, which I feel is better when it comes to their sales.

You can stack digital coupons with paper coupons at Safeway (affiliates are Von's, Randall's, Tom Thumb and a few others).

So I'm assuming that the digital coupons can't be stacked? That really sucks. It was the one store I had that I could get good deals. Well grocery store.

What???? SO not fair to you!!!! I never got to stack coupons at any grocery store.. I wish I could, but we have no huge grocery stores…Good luck hunting!
